Italian Sophistication at Salvatore's

When we’re in the mood for fine Italian dining, we always think of Salvatore’s Restaurant in hearth of Phuket Town . This restaurant also specializes in both intimate dining and group events. The menu selections reflect the warm and relaxed atmosphere which has made a year-round favorite with the local residents.

Located near to Suriyadej Roundabout, Salvatore's is down the far end Rassada road. That's attracting more and more stylish to eat and drink in Chino-Portuguese building. And one of the major reasons why this restaurant is becoming so popular is that it's away from the noisy Phuket Town itself, and has a distinctly Italian atmosphere.

But it's when you step into the restaurant that you realize how special Salvatore's really is. You could be entering an authentic Italian restaurant – in a stylish yet informal atmosphere, is accentuated by spacious lay-out and subtle lighting of the table and bar area. Again it's the plants, lighting and space that you are immediately aware of your select a table. There's seating for 70 here, but even when full, it doesn't feel crowded.

If you're just Salvatore's Pizzeria, adjacent to this fine Italian restaurant, indulges in the great taste of perfectly seasoned, flavorful pizza. Cooked individually over a wood fire before your very eyes, the selection is sensational. This offers much more than a pizza; offers the guests a fun and casual ambience where people can enjoy over its menu items, including salads, pizzas, gourmet pastas and ribs.

And it's this authentic, wood-fired pizza-oven that's the main focus of Salvatore. That, and the Italian chef himself – Salvatore Cossu, a generous man. And when he's not magically producing pizzas – before your very eyes – he either circulating around the restaurant chatting with diners, or back in the main kitchen overseeing the operation there too. For that's where some of this other specialities come to life.


As you'd expect from a top Italian restaurant, most of the wines at Salvatore's are Italy , but there are also selected bottles from other countries too, should you have a preference.
