Regarding to Baan Kien, Baan Reing, Baan Kaai in Thepkasattri Municipality having many Thai-Chinese people believing in Pra Yee Long, Seng Kun and Iew Jien (Three - eyes God). They considered constructing a shrine on a land around here.

The shrine was finished in a mid of May, 2001 and people invited Pra Yee Long image, Pra Seng Kun image and the Three-eyes God image as the president of the shrine. Later, Pra Iew Jien, a medium opened a shrine and named “Ngor Hien Tai Te” that meant the soldier of the god in heaven. He was one of five soldiers on the heaven. He looked after the heaven, earth and hell. After that in October 2000, the shrine firstly began the Vegetarian Festival led by Khun Naring Premprasert presiding at that time.

The shrine building was constructed in the simple feature. The front roof was gorgeous in Chinese style with two dragons standing on the roof and other two dragons beside the shrine’s poles.

Ceremony / traditions

The sixtieth anniversary of age, Sae Yid of Pra Aiew Jian as in 9th month lunar in Chinese calendar, there is an oil simmer to distribute to villagers for relieving body pain and exorcising bad luck for ceremony participants. It was informed that the alias of Pra Aiew Jian was the three - eyes god. The villagers believed that he could predict something which normal people could not see. Most villagers always asked about lottery because they thought that he had to surely see the number. The believer who won the lottery donated money to build the shrine till its completion.
