From the old evidence, Baan Don Shrine was not located. Last 50 years ago, Kim Sue Ong God used someone’s body to stay near Baan Don Temple to cure people’s illness or asked about their trouble mind problems. Obviously, lottery hinting was greatly reliable consequent; villagers here used to win lottery prize almost all the village.
Until people called on the shrine increasingly, so this place was inconvenient and narrow including there were more people participating in the Vegetarian Festival. The shrine was moved to locate on 200 Pee Road. Later, Khun Niran Sujarittham donated his land for a new shrine and gathered necessaries from believers until the shrine completion now.
Ceremony / traditions
The Vegetarian festival is annually taken place of the ninth lunar month for 9 days and nights.
Belief
Believers of Kim Sue Ong God still vow to god to help them when they are in difficulties. After everything is accomplished, they will bring food, fruits or offering for Kim Sue Ong God for thankfulness.
For curing people, they will simmer oil; fill herbs for relief stiff feeling during Vegetarian Festival. Then, incantation oil will be distributed to patients.
