Dragged Raining season onto November made Phuket an evergreen island. The much needed water in the reservoir is gradually filled up and less water required for irrigation on all 5 golf courses, this is a good sign for the coming dry season. The monsoon is gone with the opening of high season for boat trips to destinations on all islands surrounding Phuket. All flights to Phuket have experienced denied boarding with completely full flights as well as an improved occupancy in all major hotels. Phuket is back!

As part of pre-curtain drawn of the Pool Villa Hotel, Bangkok Post Supplement stunned the readers on the news' stands on 6 th October with its exquisite pictures of the pool villas. Followed with a full two-paged article in Thailand Tatler magazine as a paradise found and one of the best properties to invest in Thailand . Series of postcard flyers sent to 20,000 expatriates and high power consumers both in Thailand and Hong Kong . All these resulted the Pool Villa Hotel's door to open to its first guests in late October, a week earlier than scheduled due to strong and overwhelming supports from jet set travelers who found their ways to this unique resort on the ridge. Phase 1 consisted of 11 pool villas and 9 residence villas, is now complete.

In late September, Sri Panwa road show in Hong Kong drew a fair crowd of celebrities including proud owners of Sri Panwa property, bankers, diplomats and movie stars on a lovely evening at the Mandarin Oriental. Then in October Wan and Korn, two of our key hospitality teammates had joined the Asia Pacific Hotel Investment and Conference held at the Hong Kong Inter Continental Hotel.

Phase 2 construction has broken ground recently while many villa owners of phase 1 moved in and enjoyed their times on the Cape . A house warming party on Khun Michael O'Niel's hill top villa in early November reminds several neighbors to organize themselves one. As a matter of fact, several parties go on at the Project almost every day as our energetic hospitality team keeps on practicing their cocktail shaking skills tirelessly. Sunset drink on the ridge is an experience not to be missed on the property. A perfect combination of herbal drink and alcohol concoction can make the already colorful sky more astonishing.
