Soft launch of the Pool Villa project was made in mid May with more than 20 guests coming to stay. The group came down for a few days of meditation and retreat cum lifestyle vacation. The main merit making was the donation to the victim of tsunami in Phang-nga and Khao Lak. The property crews as well as the service crews were put to test for the first time of accommodating numbers of guests at a time. The hospitality team led by Wan Issara received quite a compliment from his very first group of guests. This is a declaration of his determination to turn Sri Panwa into an exclusive lifestyle estate.

In June our Resident of J-13, Mr. Hennryk Gustav Lorenz together with Khun Songkran Issara went to meet Phuket Governor, Khun Udomsak Asavarangkul, to make a donation for tsunami victim’s relief program. As part of further contribution to the community, Mr. Lorenz additionally made an endowment for the construction of a soccer field and a training center for under privileged children at Kratu district, Phuket. The center will be fully equipped and staffed to offer free training course to local children. He planed to bring German’s top league soccer team into the training center as well.

The outstanding Sri Panwa Villas received overwhelming attention from presses and media. Several architecture and housing magazines have visited the site for photographs and will feature Sri Panwa estate in their magazines. Numerous editorial coverage of Sri Panwa were made in these past two months, including a half page coverage in the International Herald Tribune newspaper and a live broadcasting interviewed by a Dubai radio station focusing of property situation in Phuket with Khun Songkran.
