Charn Issara acquired the remaining land parcel on Cape Panwa making Sri Panwa the sole proprietor of the entire peninsula
Summer time has arrived in Phuket which coincides with the opening of Beach Bar at Sri Panwa. Morning tea at sunrise or chill-out cocktails at twilight amid the spectacular panorama from the Beach Pool and wooden boardwalk will make your day.
Located above the secret cove of Phuket which is accessible only through Sri Panwa, the Beach Pool is on the SE of Panwa peninsula. The beach is ideal for swimming at high tide. The water is crystal clear as the bottom is packed with natural round boulders constantly caressed and shaped by the tides until their surfaces are smoothened. The stretch of sandy beach at low tide is ideal for romantic evening walk. Reality is the 365 days a year of the beaches' exclusive availability at the doorstep of Sri Panwa's residents.
The property market on the island continues to be active with strong interests from international market. Leading property agents noted that only in the last two years that Phuket has a critical mass of resort property foreign owners of which are really prime goodwill agents for Phuket as a location. Comparing to other established locations such as the Mediterranean , Phuket property market relatively young and still offers a relatively high capital appreciation in good projects. However, it was also noted that good sites are becoming rare.
One of our Sri Panwa's Villas was recently delivered to a newly wed couple and another Villa is due to be delivered next month. Construction of 11 pool villas are progressing well with one completed show unit and the remaining 10 units are expected to be completed and ready to be occupied by the end of May. Seven Villas are in the final finishing stage with a completion target of all units in Phase 1 by July, some of them might be completed earlier.
Several functions were held at Sri Panwa as mentioned before in previous newsletter. One of which was a ceremony in memory of those who lost their lives at the Asian Tsunami last year. Just this mid March the Developer, Charn Issara and its affiliates held their outing in Phuket with an exotic tropical cocktail party organized on the Beach Pool for over 100 people (an ultimate test for facilities and Bartender's efficiency.) Numerous site visits from prospective new clients, press agents and distinguished guests were entertained by Sri Panwa's lifestyle crews led by Wan Issara, Khun Songkran's eldest son.
Following the successful completion of Phase 1, Sri Panwa finally be able to acquire the remaining 15 Rais land parcel on the Panwa Peninsula . The parcel, located next to the Beach Pool SE of the Sri Panwa Site, completes the jigsaw puzzle of Sri Panwa development and enables the project to command the entire Peninsula . The site will be developed into custom designed pool villas' floor plan, while maintaining the existing topography to its original stage.
Phuket as a tourist destination receives particular attention from the Government under H.E. Prime Minister Thaksin Shinawatra. Since the Tsunami late last year, continual efforts are made to repair the damages which in fact confined mainly to some West Coast beach areas. Several conferences were held in Phuket recently both national and international levels. All governments and government related seminars have since been organized on the island including some of the important sessions such as Executive Forum of the Stock Exchange of Thailand. The recovery of the Island tourism is fast with an improvement in domestic traveling awareness. Overseas tourists have gradually come back to their popular holiday destination. A large portion of development budget will be allocated for the improvement of infrastructures under the government's vision to transform Phuket into an international port of call. The development of Phuket henceforth will bring about an even better environment and upgrade infrastructures to that of world-class standard.
Summer will last until late April, come and enjoy the hospitality of Sri Panwa, the most memorable lifestyle estate of Phuket. Must see for your next trip to the site is our newly complete show unit of the Pool Villa, Beach Pool, and the spectacular Villa Residence Plot E-6 on the top ridge. An opportunity to own a lifetime estate in Phuket is still available but not one as exquisite as Sri Panwa since a site of equivalent character and charm is possibly no longer available, despite many realtors' extensive search.
