Holiday seasons has started in Phuket with clear blue sky, gentle breeze and emerald blue Andaman Sea as always. Phase 1 of Sri Panwa emerged gracefully on the headland of Cape Panwa , a perfect location where mountain meets the Sea. Construction progresses at full steam in the absence of monsoon rain. Nine Residence Villas and eleven Pool Villas will be completed before summer arrives.
Newly completed facility is the spectacular beach pool. Located on the cliff facing private cove with white sandy beach down below, the pool is equipped with Jacuzzi and underwater music, believed to be the first of its kind on the island.

Another attraction on site now is wild life. Many rare birds such as hornbills are sighted regularly as fruits and berries on site become ripe. Monkeys formally habituate on lower hills towards Cape Panwa Hotel are now reported to be around the banana trees in front of plot 10C. Squirrels are getting used to walking on shingle roof as well as learning to live amongst people. It is rare indeed to live in a tropical wood surrounded by beautiful seascape and yet 15 min drive to downtown
New shortcut road to Cape Panwa has now opened. The road links the bypass highway (malls junctions) with Sakdidej road makes traveling from Sri Panwa to airport as well as to the shopping corridor more convenient.
The opening of Central Festival Mall by the junction adds another urban facilities and recreations. Good cinemas, fine cuisines, shopping mall, 2 golf courses and a marina are now within 20 minute drive from the site.
