At Sri Panwa the construction of 7 Residence Villas on the ridge and the 11 Pool Villas continued despite monsoon rain.
Landscaping works for 2 completed Villas, one on the Eastern Slope and the other facing the stunning Panwa Bay on the West has added an additional human touch to the already green topography of the project.
It is the development concept to build among nature contour and existing woodland which is considered an outstanding site character.

THE RESIDENCE & POOL VILLAS
The project comprises 20 residences of 3-5 bedrooms, 700 to over 100 sq.m. of builtup area on plot of 222 sq.w. to over 3 rais. The residence occupied the upper ridge of Cape Panwa with view exposure on both sides of the headland.
In addition to large residence there are total 40 pool villas located on the West bound slope ( Serene West ) of the site overlooking the Panwa Bay . The pool villas is a replica of large villa residence with downsizing of all function areas. There are one and two bedrooms ranging from 237-290 sq.m.

CONSTRUCTION
Construction of Sri Panwa is undertaken by an experienced contractor from Bangkok under close supervision of an ISO 9002 construction supervision team.
Infrastructure is more than 85% completed with development concentrates on the upper ridge in anticipation to seal the area for residences only by first quarter of 2005 when first phase completion is expected.
