She ever worked as customer service in musical company. Now, she becomes the executive of Safari Beach Resort and Savoey Seafood Restaurant at Patong Beach. She said that many urgent problems can be solved by experience.
During summer at the university, she ever was the trainee at UBC Thailand. Her work concerned with marketing and advertising. She told us that she had to contact with sponsors by herself. It made her gain a lot of experience from this job. Later, after finishing graduating in communicating field, she worked as co-programmer at Media of Media Company. She had responsibility for helping producer to plan program. Then, she decided to change her job. Later, she had chance to work as AE at Bakery Music. Her work concerned with finding the supporter for singers. This job makes her meet a lot of people. Therefore, she always had to update herself. The last job made her improve her skills

“The leader had to have the true knowledge” she said. After becoming the marketing manager at Safari Beach Hotel, she started to examine the marketing plan. She and the marketing team begin to develop marketing plan. At first, she made a survey old guests’ satisfaction. Next she starts making a considerate the way to develop the marketing. She said that the job very challenged her.
She said that her working experience in mass media can help her hotel promoting. She wants to makes this hotel become famous hotel. Therefore, the first thing that she had to do was making most guests satisfy the hotel service. The words of mouth was her strategy. In the low season time, she would attract many guests by special promotion and price.

She told me that the human administration is difficult for her. After becoming general manager, she had to work hard. She had to govern a lot of people. Therefore, the rule and reason are important for her. If the staff worked efficiently, she would give him/her a gift. However, if the staff made a mistake, she would punish them.
Her long- term plan is the development the hotel to become Boutique hotel. She thinks that it will be finish completely in the end of next year.
The heart of hotel’s service at here is making all guests satisfy after entering the hotel and restaurant and coming back home.
