Today, Phuketindex.com has a great time to talk to Khun Chayanit Rattanadee, the owner of The Nice Hotel about her business which is greatly popular in Phuket, where is a tourist attraction well-known as “ Pearl of Andaman”.

Khun Chayanit Rattanadee or Khun Maem is an original resident of Nakhon Si Thammarat Province. Before running a residential business, Khun Chayanit was a HR officer in a company in Bangkok. She had worked there for 7 years, and then she worked as a secretary, later a receptionist for a hotel in Phuket. Therefore, she has some hotel experience which pushes her to run her own hotel business “The Nice Hotel”.

The Nice Hotel, officially opened on 30th March, 2007 made this name more renowned and widespread in many areas. Even though it is quite famous for some tourists, it takes some times to reach the market group or market target. Consequently, it is regarded that the Nice Hotel has completely grown in business market.

The Nice Hotel is a new alternative for relaxation. With 18 rooms and full amenities, the rooms are divided into 2 types, Deluxe Sea view and Deluxe Garden view which can see the spectacular view of Patong beach. In addition, there are other services including laundry, internet, bar, and restaurant etc. It is normal that customers firstly think of the convenience and services which they will be obtained. At The Nice Hotel, we realize in these points and hope that all our customers staying here will surely get satisfaction and impression with the Nice Hotel.

Khun Chayanit said that “Although, our rooms are small, we can compare the standard to other large hotels and as our hotel is just opened, we are welcome to all comments from all clients in order to guide us to proceed in the future. Because customers have experienced everything, we maybe find some defects or get new ideas to better develop”.

At previous times, we dreamt to be an owner of a hotel. When we did it, we didn’t brave to invest even in advertisement by Medias and we didn’t have the market of customer group for our product because we didn’t have enough experience. Finally, that hotel was closed. Until now we try to open this new hotel “The Nice Hotel” and take the previous experiences to strengthen our business to steadily progress.

For the future plan, Khun Chyanit is still waiting for tourist tendency and Phuket tourism market in order to use for making a decision and plan for the future.
