Interviewer: Hello, today I will talk about the general topic and your business.
Mr.Suriya: Now I have 2 main businesses. That is a property and stable here.
Interviewer: Which are your property projects that you work?
Mr.Suriya: There are allotting the land and residence project. So the marketing is the price from 20 million up under “Suriyachan Property”
Interviewer: Suriyachan Property is so successful. How do you manage this project?
Mr.Suriya: All of success I think because many things. Those are the goodness. At this time I try to help people and an important thing is my competence.

Interviewer: “Real know” what do you must to real know?
Mr.Suriya: Every land that I will buy. I have to inspect by myself. When I go there, I will inspect everything. Is there a pond? Are there an exit or an entrance way? Does it convenient? nearby area, view and height. So the height is an important factor. Because there is a law that defines to in Phuket area doesn’t heighten over 80 meters. So I bring a GPS to measure for sure. Sometime may be incorrect.
Interviewer: Beside this, are there the other important?
Mr.Suriya: That is my doing so it is the sincerity; do follow by your words and sharing. Like the villager tell me about the land. This is a way to build a network. The significance is responsibility that can make the reliability.
Interviewer: Between the stable business and property, which is the first that you work?
Mr.Suriya: I had worked the stable first for 8-9 years. When I resigned at first I liked to ride a horse and interested in. Then I used to operate on horses. I have thought that should be work a business which I like. It is better.

Interviewer: Did you operate on horses by yourself?
Mr.Suriya: Yes, because in former times when I called a veterinarian I paid much money. But now I give my son to do it.
Interviewer: Would you tell me about your family?
Mr.Suriya: I have 2 sons, Ton and Too. Ton has graduated already. Now he is a veterinarian at “The Horse Shoe Point” of Khun Chanya Srifuangfoong (Cherry).And Too is studying at Prince of Songkla University.
Interviewer: What is your plan for your 2 sons in the future?
Mr.Suriya: I want him to continue my business but now I want him to seek for his experience. I want Too to learn more about water/electric system for use it with business. May be I will send Ton to continued study about horse oral.

Interviewer: How do you work from the stable business to property?
Mr.Suriya: At first my friend persuaded me to buy the land at behind Laguna Phuket for estimate the benefit. By I gave an half of pledge first. And the left pledge my friend will pay later. That is about 2.5 million baht per person. So at that time I have paid a lot of money. Take money from my family. When reached the time that I must to pay, my friend was disappeared. I have to look for 2.5 million baht within that day. Finally I have to borrow money from my cousin.
Interviewer: You looked so tired
Mr.Suriya: Yes, but I must go on. When I get the land, I must to think carefully because money that I borrow I have to give back to them. So I connect with an architect and design a house. When it’s all done, I announce to sell immediately.
Interviewer: How long do you take time for sell?
Mr.Suriya: It was not long time, I announced on internet on Wednesday until Thursday. There is a man want to deal with me and “say yes”. It’s enough to expand my business.
Interviewer: So you are much responded?
Mr.Suriya: Yes, at present I pay attention in advertisement and I have money for advertisement. It does not drawing on the signboard, announcement on newspaper and internet.
Interviewer: What do you think about the property?
Mr.Suriya:I might say in the past time the mine is a very flourishing business in Phuket. But now the business that flourish as same as mine is property. I would like to say “thank you” to all of holy things that bring me to work this business. I really accept that it can make much benefit but the best things are saving money and do anything with carefully. As I plan to step by step. Don’t wait for tomorrow. So every land that I have sell must be only mine. I don’t sell the lands that are not mine.
Interviewer: Why?
Mr.Suriya: I think I can not determine by myself. Such as I have dealt with the customer already, the customer can change his mind. May be he doesn’t want to sell. So if I see which a beautiful land, I will buy it by myself.
Interviewer: It looks like a different work?
Mr.Suriya: As the lately there is someone told me about beautiful lands. So I paid him money for his tiring. When I heard something about the lands, it makes me know where I can buy lands.
Interviewer: How can we learn by your experience?
Mr.Suriya:From the beginning it makes me know I have to plan in long term. For example: when I bought a land. I don’t wait for sell only but I have to plan for the first, the second and the third. Currently when I bought a land I start to plan a project. If there is somebody calls for buy it, I will sell it. But in during of contact and in an agreement we are still continued because it is a way to increase the valuable of my product.

Interviewer: Does Suriyachan Property have 3 projects?
Mr.Suriya: Yes, because it covers to the demand of every kind of customers. For example: when there are customers want to see the house in GRADE A price. But they have not enough money. So we offer to GRADE B or GRADE C and an empty land. Finally we offer to rent in long term. I try to offer the best for the customers.
Interviewer: What does the design that you emphasize?
Mr.Suriya: I emphasize in the things that can use and in the line with western life, combine with the western unique too.

Interviewer: What do you think about your successful in today?
Mr.Suriya: I think because I have an opportunity as same as a boat is floating. And then I jump into that boat and accidentally that boat is the final boat. So I can buy a land at Layan beach with price that I can buy.
Interviewer: What is Tsunami effected to your business?
Mr.Suriya: For my business is not much but there are a few problems with my stables business.
Interviewer: Do you mostly work in Layan beach?
Mr.Suriya: I think I know everything here. They are scenery, staff, villagers and surrounding. So I want my business grow up here.
Interviewer: What is your hometown?
Mr.Suriya: I am Phang-nga people. But I came to Phuket for work. At first I worked in the government service as a chief of transportation service for long time. At that time they used communication by telex system.
Interviewer: When you resigned at your old work and then you work with you stable business?
Mr.Suriya: I have begun in Speed boat business first. Then I worked stable business. In the same time I coordinated with the foreign movies staffs such as “THE BEACH” at Maya beach. And the latest business is property, Suriyachan Property.
Interviewer: How do you plan in the future?
Mr.Suriya: In the future I want my property is the leader in comfortable, safety and modernity.
