Phuketindex: Are you a phuketian, sir?
Supachart: No, I’m not. I came from Korat [or Nakornratchasima province] but lived in Phuket since 1985. Firstly I worked for Phuket Yacht Club hotel.
Phuketindex: You have been working in hotel business, so that you are familiar with hotel management quite a long time.
Supachart: I can say since I graduated
Phuketindex: Where did you start a first job?
Supachart: After I got B.A. degree in UK in 1979, I came back to Thailand and started working at Royal Cliff Beach hotel in Pattaya.

Phuketindex: Why did you decide to open Absolute Resort Management Co., Ltd.?
Supachart: More than 20 years in hotel business I have acknowledge full information in this field, working system, personnel management, marketing, also investment management. I wanted a little bit challenge for my life which is forming an executive team to serve hotels. I gathered those executives who are experts in every department and set up the company on 8th September 2004.
Phuketindex: Who is your prospect?
Supachart: Hotels on Andaman area, mainly Phuket, Krabi and Phang-nga, which contain 60-150 rooms.
Phuketindex: What are the good reasons to use your service?
Supachart: Our team has potentiality to do particular jobs. That’s make the organization reach effectiveness.
Phuketindex: How about the cooperation between your team and hotel’s owner?
Supachart: The most important thing is trustworthy from both parties. The more the owner understands hotel management, the more we easily do our job.
Phuketindex: Could you show some examples?
Supachart: For example, to improve the image of hotel, sometimes it is needed to renovate even they are not old or broken. For those who don’t understand, they might think it is unnecessary. Actually it is a must because you will get a better result from guests and agencies in a long term.

Phuketindex: What is the next step??
Supachart: We expect to serve up to 3 hotels within 5 years. We aim to gain reputation domestically and internationally.
Lately, Absolute Resort Management Co., Ltd. And Phuket Sea Pearl hotel have cooperated the business in the name of Absolute Sea Pearl Beach Resort. Moreover Mr.Supachart told us that there are more other hotels coming up. We have to say that the company is worth to keep an eye for.
