Mr. Kreukwit Sinthusakka

Mr. Kreukwit Sinthusakka, the owner and Executive Director of Sunpalm Village, was born in Trang but grew and studied in Bangkok. He studied in Bodindecha high school in Bangkok. After his gradation from the high school, Khun Kreukwit continued to study at the University of the Thai Chamber of Commerce in Business management field. After his bachelor degree’s graduation, he started working as Assistant Manager of International Phone Card Department for Telecom Company, where his father was a shareholder. The responsibility of Khun Kreukwit was not specific but he learned every department.

Phuket is a special economics division like Pattaya and Bangkok.

Later, he went to continue his Master degree of Business Management at Michigan in America. After his graduation, he came back to Thailand and began a business again about serviced apartment, restaurant and pub in Bangkok including retail business imported from China. The products featured DVDs, and Home Theatre sets.  Khun Kreukwit contacted with an importer and he took those products to Thai market which was well responded. Besides, Khun Kreukwit penetrated the market 50-60 provinces throughout Thailand. After that, the importer turned to run an own business; consequently, Khun Kreukwit had to implicitly stop doing this business. Thence, he turned to be a stock market officer responsible for being an agent. He obtained many leading clients both in Bangkok and Phuket.

Some changes reoccurred with Khun Kreukwit in the late of 2005. An important shareholder of Sunpalm Village was dead and Khun Kreukwit’s father was only one shareholder of 50% share. Also, there was no heir of the dead to manage the business. Then, the total share was sold to Khun Kreukwit’s father who asked Khun Kreukwit later to help him manage Sunpalm Village Project. Due to a problem of no experience in this business, fortunately, his father always gave Khun Kreukwit good advices. As well as learning by himself and his ability was not difficult to push him to be a leading Executive Director of the Property Business.

Sunpalm Village Project is a luxury house project. The house, situated in Chalong Bay, is ready built with wonderful sea view and comforts. The total area is very specious and airy. The road of this project is over 12 meters wide and the parking lot of each house can be parked 2 cars. 70% of our customers are foreigners mostly from Europe and Scandinavia. Most clients like single houses with a private swimming pool. So, our project is modified to build 2 storey houses and some are single houses with private swimming pools.

Finally, Khun Kreukwit concludes “Phuket is a special economics division like Pattaya and Bangkok. Therefore, the business in this division must self develop in every part in order to meet clients’ needs the most whether in quality, standard, material and workmanship which we are concentrated to develop to meet the international standard as well.
