Would you please tell us how to start the SenSes?

In the past, there was no boutique beauty salon which treated clients from their heads to toes in one stop service in Phuket. So, we strongly concentrated on studying in customers’ behaviors. Most of them preferred to use this kind of services in Bangkok, Hong Kong, or Singapore. Therefore, we set up a team to do a research about what target customers require and provide the best products which match to Asian Skins and especially for people who live in tropical countries.

Have you imported any beauty products?

All products are imported from Switzerland, France, and United States. We also use the up-to-date beauty technology as anti-cellulite treatment called LPG. Thus, the clients are absolutely satisfied with its result and the SenSes is quite confident of this technology as well.

How do you complete with others?

We make the Senses greatly different in staff hospitality training, friendly ambience, and serve customers with exceedable expectation. Before opening this beauty clinique, we invested a lot on staff training by the professional team from certified institutes. Each staff has to learn for 3 months before meeting and servicing clients.

We are quite concerned on services. The SenSes would love the customer to step out our place with 100% satisfaction and come back again and again.

What is your goal?

We love to develop the SenSes to be the first in our customers’ minds. If they would like to change their images and make them more self-confident in their characters from heads to toes, then they have to think of the SenSes.

What are your services?

The Senses provides a full service salon and offer beauty treatments and products from U.S.A. and Europe. Our services compile highest technologies of body slimming, body treatment, facial & body massage, hair salon, hand and foot spa, and nail beauty. All treatments are taken care by professional, experienced and creative staffs who are able to communicate in English with their clear accents.

Do you plan any future project?

Since the Senses has opened, there is a plenty of five-star hotel management coming to visit and invite us to operate and manage a business similar to the Senses in their hotel. Hence, we brainstorm and decide to build other business as beauty salon institute, which instruct beauty knowledge and its technique from head to toes. Also, we supply quality products for beauty salon and spa.

However, this project hasn't launched yet. We have studied a lot in organization and searched skillful professor to convey their knowledge to the learners. All we do must meet customers’ need and satisfaction.
