Savatore's restaurant has become an institution for Italian gourmets in Phuket Town , despite the fact that he has been in the current location for only 4 years; previously he had two restaurants in Patong, catering largely for the tourist trade; whereas many of his customers today are regulars living in Phuket.
“Originally from Italy and from restaurant owned family, I'd tasted this kind of food since I was born, so I know what the traditional Italian cuisine is. All ingredient I hand picks by myself as select vegetable at the near by market at 11p.m. each night, and then get up next day to drive to Rawai so that I can be sure to offer only the freshets of fish. I import beef from Australia and lamb from New Zealand , even important spices, garnish, prosciutto are imported. I really appreciate when my customer get pleasure on their meal here.
