Mr. Yuthana Promsin
LL.M from Ramkhamhaeng University, Barrister-at-Law

A founder of this firm and has over 10 years experience in all aspects of Thai law, concentrates particularly on litigation and project financing.

Prior to the formation of Jus Laws & Consult Co., Ltd. Khun Yuthana practiced his as a lawyer for numbers of local and international law firms. He acted for clients in the proceeding of international business dispute amounting over 100 Million Baht. He defended many remarkably criminal charges that were in the public interests.

Ms. Kunnika Limkul
LL.B from Thammasat University, Graduate Diploma in Business from Edith Cowan University, Australia.

A founder specializes in English legal documents holding Notarial Services Attorney License. She has solid experience in all aspects of corporate and business counseling in Thailand, for both foreign and Thai clients.

Prior to joining Jus Laws & Consult Co., Ltd. Khun Kunnika practiced as attorney of a small but prominent Bangkok based international law firm. She has advised Real Estate Company on all legal matter concerning their six star condo-hotel project in Chonburi. She also drafted the English business contract for renowned international publisher in Thailand.

Ms. Novielyn Corpuz Acelar
A partner/legal counselor competent in international business law, has joint Jus Laws & Consult since 2005, oversees all practices of the firm in Phuket, and advises foreign clients on legal and business issues. She is much experience in corporate law, tax law, real estate transaction concerning foreign investor in Thailand, negotiation and drafting of commercial contracts.

A graduate of Central Philippine University and also an active member of the “Order of Kalantiao” Central Philippine University College of Law standing on judicial wisdom and leadership.

Acquires holistic approach to Criminal cases and Civil legal issues and problems using Philippine legal system, Thai legal system as well as in International law.

Articulate in speaking Tagalog “Philippine National dialect”, English and basic Thai dialect.
