Joe Kasisopa and Janjala “Bee” Rujivanichkul , Managing Directors of Singhara Global Estate Co., Ltd. discloses that after split themselves from Phuket One Real Estate Co., Ltd. They have run a brand new company names Singhara Global Estate Co., Ltd. and GEO & Son Holding Company, which is share investment with Shine Co., Ltd. (Moscow Times) from Russia in ratio 51:49
The Singhara Global Estate is real estate developer, property management and sale & marketing firm. The organization is managed by Joe and Bee who have comprehensive experiences and expertise in real estate business more than 15 years, so many of foreign companies have an interest in running a business with. Now he has about 18 projects value 1,250 million Baht in his hand, some is set up sale and marketing firm only but some needs Joe to manage from the beginning to completion.
Now Joe is expanding his company to Bangkok in area of second hand home, land sale, property agent and property management. He says real estate business will never end, but investor who in plan to jump in this business has to have a bulk of knowledge such as property law, construction material or the expert construction companies, also a sense to forecast real estate price are absolute musts.

Joe adds that at present there are hundred of companies link to real estate business in Phuket, but only 4-5 company is expert in this field. In the hundred companies, some of these are illegal firms, the customer has to inspect their financial and background before using the services. Joe solicits to government officer comes and takes care in these problem because Phuket just has been recovery from Tsunami tidal wave and its property market is raising at the moment.
