“25 years ago I graduated from the university. After that I worked at a bank but this job I didn’t enjoy with it. Then I became a teacher at the university. At first I was a trainee and surely I was pleased and enjoyed to teach very much. I was a teacher for 6 years there. When the school holiday arrived, I taught at another school in England then I got married and have 2 children.

Then I moved to Thailand to teach at Dulwich International School before they changed to British International School until now. I have worked as Director Studies, Head Academic. After that I left Phuket for 1 year to Spain and returned to Phuket for teaching again.” Mr. Nicholas told to Phuketindex.

Why BCIS chose Phuket? The reason for this question Mr. Nicholas says “Phuket is a nice place to live, friendly people, pleased environment and he enjoys and likes to work here also”. Phuket has given him many good thing and experience.

British International School, Phuket has a same style from Dulwich College in London and also has 20 boarding houses. A plan for school expanding is more buildings.

BCIS has Secondary managing team 5 people, Primary managing team of 3 people, 1 Head Master and 1 School Manager. There are over 100 teachers at BCIS. We have curriculum for Japanese, Mandarin, Korea, French and German. Learning in international school, students should be philosophy, challenge, open mind, independent learner.

The school founded in 1996 and the name changed in 2005 with a different leadership.
