| Mr. Phaisarn Suwanraksa, Commander of Phuket Prison, said that “3rd Correctional product of 14 southern provinces Fair” was held during June 29 – July 8, 2006 at Sapanhin, Muang, at 9 a.m. – 10 p.m.
The Fair was held to develop and promote the product of Department of Corrections. So far, this Fair that had been set for 2 times by Phuket Province was very successful. People of Phuket and neighboring province were interested in this Fair very much, including tourists. We got income from each held fair for over 10 millions Baht.
The products, sold on the 3rd Fair were brought from 25 Southern Prisons. There were a lot of sold products such as wooden products and etc. Most Phuket products were sofa, basket, vase, pearl and Batik.
Besides new products, the 3rd Fair also sold food and beverage. We expected that we would get income from this fair for over 10 millions Baht. Most customers of this fair might hotel entrepreneur, traveler and common people.
