Phuket concentrates to the second hand shops

23rd June 2006 Phuket governor, Mr. Udomsak  Assawarangkul is a chairman in a seminar of second hand shops in Phuket at Thavorn Grand Plaza Phuket by Mr. Niwit  Aroonrat: the deputy of Phuket, Mr. Weerawat  Chanpen: the sheriff of Muang district, Mr. Khantee Silapa: the sheriff of Kathu ditrict,
Mr. Paisarn Boonlom; the sheriff of Thalang district and an expert from the Department of Provincial Administration with the governmental offices which concerned to give the knowledge to the second hand shops including attention on problems and obstacles, proposal from all shops and then make a solution.

The Phuket governor talks about this seminar that caused of nowadays Phuket have many second hand shops which both license and no license. The shops which have no license, they don’t know about rules & laws with the things in their shop may be illegality and bring to a complaint then capture. Some are negligent in cleaning and systems so they make people are in trouble and affected to provincial tourism. This seminar is to explain the system, law, process and provincial policy to every second hand shop and reduce a larceny, give an advice or solving for illegal shops.

The sheriff of Phuket town, Mr. Weerawat  Chanpen said  that he will speed up by the provincial policy in examination the second hand shop in Phuket area. Now there are more 174 shops to ask for permission. Larcenies of electric pillar, copper wire, steel drain cover etc. Phuket has appointed a Tambon committee that the deputy of Phuket is a chief, look around strictly in a source of things in a shop. So this committee will report a result within this July.
