Phuket Provincial Land Officer, Mr. Supot Suwanchote said that the Department of Lands has pressed in issued the title deed throughout Thailand by the policy assets capitalization of the government that began since 1 Oct. 2003 until now and split into 3 periods. In Phuket from the beginning to a process of issue the title deed to the land owner for 2,495 plots and hand in 1,006 plots.
In the occasion of the Sixtieth Anniversary of His Majesty's Accession to the Throne on 9th June 2006, the Department of Lands assigns Phuket to command the Phuket Provincial Land Office goes by a plan.
