| Two Phuket people with villagers come across the Phuket governor, Mr. Udomsak Assawarangkul for hand in a document to require fairness in trouble of the villagers at Soi 8, Prabaramee, Patong, Phuket that led by Mr. Kunti Siilapa, Sheriff of Kathu and Mr. Nikon Torhiranyapruek, Chief of Damrongtham at Phuket City Hall Office.
Phuket governor said that he’s not permit to delay. And after command to pull down all of houses at Soi 8, Prabaramee, Patong, Phuket. Cause of this trouble is an arrear problem with a governmental plot so if there was someone to obstruct, arrested them immediately.
Mr. Kunti says “the Phuket governor doesn’t permit them to delay so Kathu district will cooperate with Patong municipality to pull down. If the governmental office doesn’t pull down, they are neglect on their duty. A solution is all the villagers have to register at Phuket Provincial district office for consider.”
Mr. Chakrit said that villagers have hand in their document for the petition in this trouble to Legal Affairs Division, The Secretariat of the Grand Palace, Bangkok.
The trouble has been strong on 28th March 2006. There was an officer of Phuket City Hall announced villagers to send all 61 names to allot new plots but apparently informed that villagers were invaded, cut trees or build the house on public plot. So they require for fairness to Phuket governor but he doesn’t help them anyway.
The reporter add more information that in requirement in during of 17th May-6th June 2006 at Phuket Provincial of Damrongtham office are comprise of in Phuket area 15 topics, Taksin’s required box and central 5 topics. Solving on 17th May-6th June 2006 in Phuket area 6 topics, Taksin’s required box 2 topics and from central 5 topics (total of Taksin’s required box from 7th June until now) total 195 topics and 131 are terminated.
