For those new to Thai, a full meal usually consists of a selection of two or more main course dishes and a soup. All the dishes are placed in the centre of the table and shared. Sauces are an important part of Thai Cuisine. The four flavours of Thai Cuisine are Sweet, Sour, Salty and Spicy. The Art lies in the combination of these flavours and the use of Thai herbs such as Lemongrass, Lime Leaves, Galangal, Ginger, Basil and Chilli all add to the enhancement of a dish.
