The Boat Lagoon Park Residence is operated by Koh Kaew Development Co., Ltd., which under Phuket Boat-Lagoon. Each residence use a qualified and high standard material.
A special place, created for exclusive residency. A home for the actual “Living”. They are of the Modern Sino-Portuguese style, which is the combination of modern Thai, Sino-Portuguese and Balinese homes. The breeze and sound of running water from the stream will be soothing.
The Park Residence will have broad band internet, 24 hours guard. The stand-by large generator as well as private water resource is already in place.
There are only 22 houses available with 3 styles, The Horizon, Rainbow, and Aurora. The design is in such a way that all windows are easily opened to enjoy the nature and the pleasant atmosphere. Furthermore, all electrical system and writing will be underground to enhance the uncluttered surrounding. |
